Please review this policy as it contains essential information.

FOR BOOKING

A card on file is required for all clients.

For full sets of acrylic or Gel-X, you must arrive with bare nails. If you have any existing enhancements that require soaking off, please book a separate appointment for removal alongside your new service.

NO EXTRA GUEST OR CHILDREN ALLOWED.

FOR RUNNING LATE

If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. You will have a 15-minute grace period. Arriving after this time may affect the duration of your service or result in a cancellation, in which case you will be charged 50% of the service booked.

FOR CANCELLATIONS

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so can result into a last minute cancellation fee of $25.

Same-Day Cancellations and No-Showing to an appointment will result in a 50% charge of the base price of the service booked.

If you are feeling sick or recovering from an illness, please reach out to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment showing signs of sickness, you may be turned away at my discretion. In such cases, 50% of the service will be charged.

You must reschedule/cancel your appointment through the email or text link.

I accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

There are no refunds. If you experience any issues with your service, please reach out to me!
